To get bread rolls in the morning you walk about 3 minutes, walks to the Inzell moor with adventure trail as well as some hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are also possible without a separate journey. With the free Chiemgau Card you can use various leisure facilities in the region free of charge during your stay.
